Why aren't you receiving speaking fees of $30,000+ an hour?
My Agency's Mission: To represent speakers, helping them increase their income and professional prestige as I ensure they are well-treated and well-respected.
The Problem: New-ish speakers often speak for free, for the experience, for expenses only, or for book sales only, and are not being paid to speak and disseminate their experience and wisdom. I see speakers cheat themselves out of what they truly deserve because they are timid about asking for what they want, accepting less out of a fear they may be rejected or declined.
The Solution: I work on behalf of speakers who bring me their inquiries and invitations to speak, and I help them increase their value in the minds of their sponsor (the organization asking them to speak), thereby increasing their speaking income (and perks, as well).

2. Or, purchase the contract template I use with speakers; I will coach you to fill in the blanks for a specific speaking event.
